Starting this harmonious voyage at a young age , Padma has had the privilege of imbibing the essence of classical music from revered maestros, an experience that continues to shape her artistry. Enveloped in the timeless echoes of melody was her tutelage under the illustrious violin maestro , Lalgudi Jayaraman which bestowed on her not just technical brilliance but an unparalleled insight into the heart and soul of music. She has also been graced by the wisdom of the legendary vocalist Dr Balamurali Krishna further enriching her musical canvas.

Having completed her masters in music from the university of madras , Padma is an “A “ graded artiste in All india radio and Doordarshan. Padma is currently an Advisor in Shankar Mahadevan Academy where in she has developed and created the entire curriculum for Carnatic Music .Padma has performed in Leading organisations and Major festivals all over the world. She has performed in the first ever Carnatic Classical Symphony premiered in Singapore. As part of the Laya Project Live (world music) Padma , has performed in a world tour to Australia and Israel . She also performed at the premier of “Traveller” (contemporary music ) in Girona , Spain. She has her own band Vaadini - Violin Live Band performing for all functions
